April is Earth month! I’m very proud of the work we’ve done here at the salon to divert waste from landfills and reduce our carbon footprint in what is normally an industry that is incredibly hurtful to the environment. I’m now excited to announce that our little private salon is responsible for planting 100 new trees!! When combined with our existing eco practices of salon recycling (52 pounds of salon waste in 2021 alone!), our LED lighting, our wind powered web servers and using all green energy within the salon - we are now officially completely carbon neutral! While I'm helping you achieve your perfectly sustainable look, together we are now perfectly sustainable for our planet.
Recent Education - I went to my first in person Hairstylist Conference since before the pandemic- it was great to be among my fellow hairdressers and have a day of inspiration, education and community. I also got some great new hair tools and accessories that I’m excited to use at the salon to make your experience here more comfortable, green, efficient, and beautiful.
Separate from all the trees we've planted, the front Garden has also gotten a springtime refresh with a new lavender tree and some new flowers - more to come as the season continues!

Even if you’ve told me in person- this is a way I can quantify peoples responses and see everyone’s opinions and make educated decisions about salon policy. However, I’m working this Wednesday before Easter and will be closed the Saturday and Sunday of Easter weekend. Mother's Day is also coming up and Gift Certificates are a great gift giving option!
